Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as well as management confirmation. Remaining balances must be settled before embarkation.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full refund for cancellations made more than 45 days before embarkation except any incurred payment fees. No refunds for cancellations within 45 days of embarkation, no-shows, unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.
4. Itinerary Changes
Kenzy Dahabeya reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, navigation restrictions, government regulations, safety requirements, or circumstances beyond its control.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for arriving on time for all embarkations, excursions, transfers, meals, and scheduled activities. Missed activities due to guest delays are non-refundable.
6. Safety & Personal Responsibility
Guests participate in cruising and sightseeing activities at their own risk and must comply with all safety instructions provided by the captain, crew, and guides. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times.
7. Medical Conditions
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel and must disclose any significant medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before travel.
8. Property Damage
Guests are liable for any loss, damage, destruction, or excessive cleaning costs caused by themselves or members of their party. Repair and replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
9. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Kenzy Dahabeya shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Optional Excursions
Optional excursions are not included in package prices unless specifically stated and are undertaken at the guest’s discretion and responsibility.
11. Force Majeure
Kenzy Dahabeya shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, governmental actions, or navigation restrictions.
12. NO-Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside cabins and enclosed public spaces.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation, payment, or boarding the vessel, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
