A fantastic way to experience the Nile — Kanzy Dahabiya gets a lot of things right.
The boat itself strikes a really nice balance between comfort and authenticity. It’s not overdone or overly polished, which actually adds to the charm, but everything is well maintained and thoughtfully laid out. What stood out most was the pace of the trip. Travelling by dahabiya naturally slows things down, and the itinerary allows you to properly take in the surroundings rather than rushing between stops. There’s a real sense of calm throughout the journey. The crew were excellent — attentive without being intrusive, and always willing to help. Service felt natural rather than scripted, which suits this type of experience perfectly. Food was consistently good, with a nice mix of local dishes and familiar options, and meals were relaxed and well-paced, adding to the overall atmosphere onboard. Beautiful vessel, outstanding crew
I recently spent 4 nights with friends aboard Denzy Dahabeya, cruising from Aswan to Luxor. Immediately on arrival, the welcome was warm and well organised. Once the vessel was in sight, it exceeded our expectations. The cabins were beautifully styled, a generous size with comfortable beds and good showers. The crew were like an extended family, pre-empting every need, and no request was too much trouble. The food and bar service was amazing — tasty, clean, and local creations adapted to our dietary needs. Housekeeping silently tended to our beautiful rooms and entertained us each day with their towel art. The tour naturally was breathtaking, including not only the tourist hot spots but some local villages and cities that a larger cruise vessel would not stop into. Khaled's knowledge and passion were impressive and inspiring. I could not recommend this vessel or crew highly enough to anyone looking to experience the Nile in a more intimate and relaxed way.

A trip of a lifetime! A fantastic cruise! Beautiful accommodation, the cabin just gorgeous, the food was outstanding, both meals and refreshments were in plentiful supply. The crew attentive and catered for our every need and were so friendly and happy to help. The main deck was so relaxing with lots of seating options, quiet and peaceful, so easy to read or take in the vista as it slipped by. Visiting the different Temples, Museum, and village along the way was incredible and amazing to see how the locals lifestyle is.

A great Nile tour experience
Amazing experience and my expectations were exceeded. The food and chef were amazing, with a wide range of choice, and being taken to see where our food was coming from in local villages was very cool and eye opening experience to life on the Nile. The room quality is very good and warm at night, and there is a peaceful atmosphere during the day on deck allowing for relaxation or remote working if needed. Great for a couple or family if you are visiting Egypt and don’t speak the language and without the big crowds of a tour group.
